Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Missed Appointments Contourology Spa requires a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. A fee will apply to appointments cancelled on same day notice at the rate of $50 with services valued at $200 and $25 with services valued for $70 If you prepay your appointment and require refund after 24 hours, your refund won't be included processing fees. Late Arrivals It is recommended to arrive to your appointment 10-15 minutes early if you are a new client so that consent/ wavier forms can be acknowledged and signed. If you arrive late to your appointment, time will be cut into your desired service. If you arrive any later then 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled with a cancellation fee applied
